Looking through the keyhole at the CAF Giving GardenThe CAF Giving Garden by designer Tiggy Salt has won a coveted silver medal at the 2007 Chelsea Flower Show.

The courtyard garden - inspired by Maurice Sendak’s classic children’s picture book ‘Where the Wild Things Are’ - caught the eye of judges and media alike on press day at the Royal Hospital in Chelsea, and Tiggy was rewarded with the medal for her first ever garden at the show.

The garden was featured on the BBC’s extensive coverage of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, with Gardeners’ World presenter Joe Swift taking a special interest in the theme and commenting that ‘Where the Wild Things Are’ is his children’s favourite book.

The BBC’s Chelsea Flower Show website also features the garden, while the Sunday Times included a three-page spread on Tiggy’s passion for creating gardens for children to get involved with and enjoy.
